When we are born, we come in with a unique blend of frequencies and that frequency is referred as your constitution. A person’s constitution exists within their psyche. External influences such as environment, family, social, friend etc., all influence your evolving inner peace.

These 9 weeks, we will be delving and activating a different chakra, to be able to get to know yourself the feeling and knowing of what each chakra are ruled by.

These seven major chakras represent the union between consciousness or mind and matter or body. In this way our physical, emotional, spiritual, and social can come together to find that balance within yourself.
